Robert R. Bulger, MD |
Dr. Bulger attended Mayo Graduate School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency at Emory University as well as a pain management fellowship at Penn State. He is board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in pain management and anesthesiology.
Bulger is a past president of the Dallas County Anesthesia Society, visiting professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and contributing author of a major surgical text on pain. He has lectured locally and nationally on pain therapies and has been selected as one of D Magazine’s Best Doctors in Dallas and Collin County multiple times.
Dr. Bulger has been in private practice since 1986.

Angela Greenlee, RMA |
Angela has been with the Southwest Pain Group for 9 years with a total of 11 years in the field. At Bulger SWPain, Angela assists Dr. Bulger and acts as a traveling medical assistant to all of our facilities. She is certified as a registered medical assistant, is CPR certified and has completed training in HIPPA and OSHA compliance. Born in Waxahachie, Texas, she grew up in Palmer/Ennis, Texas. She knew early on that she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field and attended Education America where she received certification as a medical assistant. She enjoys spending time with her kids, and attending their baseball and basketball games. |

Katelyn Mosebrook |
Katelyn is the director of the Migraine Therapy Program at Bulger SWPain and specializes in neurostimulation for chronic migraine headaches. She also acts as the liaison between physician and patient helping to provide clear communication of the patients needs. Katelyn is originally from Plano, Texas and now resides in Old East Dallas with her fiancé and two dogs, Abbey and Barley. In her spare time she likes to volunteer in her community, travel, and spend time with her family and friends. |

Madison Kelly, Scribe |
Madison joined Bulger SWPain in 2017 as Dr. Bulger's medical scribe and assists with charting physician-patient encounters in real time at our clinic and other facilities. Madison is a graduate from the University of Arkansas where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. While an undergraduate, she was also research assistant in the Cardiovascular Biomechanics Lab and served on the Universities Volunteer Action Center Board. Madison attended multiple medical mission trips to Honduras and completed a pre-medical fellowship at Hospital Virgen de la Luz in Cuenca, Spain. She was born in Florida, but grew up in Rockwall, and loves to run outdoors, read classic literature, play sand volleyball and travel. |

Lacey Helffrich |
Lacey joined Bulger SWPain in 2018 as a medical office specialist where she provides business expertise for practices operations. Lacey is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing with the hopes of continuing to work the in the health care field. She has traveled throughout the Middle East and Africa on medical missions and plans on continuing to do so throughout her life. In Lacey’s spare time she enjoys rock climbing, mountaineering, and a good cup of coffee. |
